This market was looking at works with less than 0.25 million metric tons of cement per year.<\/p>\n<p>The P<a href=\"http:\/\/www.plugandgrind.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lug&amp;Grind\u00ae Original<\/a> was launched to the market two years ago (2012) at a conference in Africa.
